There are lots of buzz regarding Sarah Geronimo‘s nose. People are saying that her nose got thinner or her nose looks more pointed now. We think this is a product of  her make up artist. It’s too hard to distinguish if she really had something done since she always looks so made up whenever she’s infront of the camera.
